Highly transparent, thermoformable, APET based rigid bottom films for tray packaging with a PE sealing layer. The films can be composed of virgin or recycled materials and be transparent, white or black in colour with an optional EVOH layer offering a high gas and water-vapour barrier as well as an easy-peel sealing layer.
An innovative, environmentally-friendly, PA-free, PE-based alternative to replace PA/PE-based vacuum films. Thanks to the fact that these films are made from mono-materials, they can be recycled, reducing the ecological footprint of the supply chain. Their EVOH content also makes them suitable for modified atmosphere packaging.
